Economic Bailout?

They are talking about bailing out the banks and wall street to the tune of $700,000,000,000.00! The result will be that all the banks and financial institutions that loaned money, mostly for home mortgages, will get paid for their foreclosure debts. Now they will still keep the homes that they foreclosed on and can resell them now at a 100% profit. This is great for them but terrible for the citizens of this country. Here is the math of this mess. There are approximately 300,000,000 men, women and children in the United States. Our congress is asking for over 2.3 million dollars for every person in this country. And as a reward for giving it to them, anyone who has been forced into bankruptcy by the job market or medical problems gets to watch as their home is taken and given free of charge to the bank that loaned them the money to purchase the home. They then get to sell that house and pocket 100% of the sale price and still demand the difference from the sale price and the loan price from the poor slob that originally made the loan. This is what foreclosure is, it is not just you lose your home and go get another that is not so high priced, you are still liable for the difference between what they sell that foreclosed house for and the original loan amount.
Now this bailout may well save the banks but it will just about kill the population who has to bear the cost of corporate greed.
As one of the We the People of the United States of America I would like to offer this little solution. Pay that money to the people and bail the people out. Let them then pay the debts that have put the banks in such a mess. That will solve the problem of the foreclosure rate, bank bad debts and the stock market all the same time. Oh yeah and it will help the people, you know the ones that put you in office in the first place.
It may even spark a wave of economic growth and new business start up from people who have always wanted to own their own business but not had the means to start one.
Congress needs to start helping the people of this country, it is a proven fact that in any business if you take care of the people and see to their needs you will grow. Rip them off and you will fail. So congress stop ripping of the American people please, this country is too good to let it fail or fall into a socialist state.

Update on the Spider Web Marketing Plan.

Here is the promised update for the Spider Web Marketing system using GDI website as it’s base.

The system keeps changing, so far not for the better. The automated blog service has been stopped although you can still add your own blogs to the blog site as of Aug. 30, 2008. The system has more costs involved in order to earn anything from the streams and that is really making it difficult for me to maintain it as a site on any web site I control. I do not like scams and this thing is starting to look just like all the others.

As for income or GDI sign ups from the Spider Web System there have been none. Of course this article in my information blog is not going to help that by any means but I am trying to stay honest no matter what.

The spider web has just 2 more weeks to show more than a glimmer of promise of any of the steams of income not costing more than you have any chance of earning before I scrap the site and terminate membership in the system.

It is looking more like Web 2.0 that started out saying it was free and you could earn a great income by promoting it only to turn around and tell you that Oh you want a commission well you have to upgrade to a monthly charge in order to get one. In case you don’t know what that is called, it is a bait and switch scam and it has been alive and well on the Internet for some years now. Most of the pre-launch sites use this little tactic to get people to generate traffic for them and then they have a built in revenue that the poor victims have to pay in order to try and recoup the costs in either time or money that they have already spent advertising for the would be money maker. These programs make money for the owner of the program and are never intended as anything more than that regardless to what they promise.

Sheading some light on Viral Marketing

OK… We have all seen the ads promising to flood your web site with more traffic than you can handle and all you have to do is put their link in your favorite traffic exchange or God forbid Google AdWords.

Sounds fantastic and the way they explain it even makes sense. The truth however is that the only ones getting the traffic and income are the owners of the co-op that you have joined. Most of these sites require you to join up to six of their affiliate programs in order to use their service. So for everyone who joins they get an income from each of the programs that they offer. Now that is a great deal for them, however, you get left with more non income earning programs and if you are lucky maybe a little more traffic to your web site.

The same principle applies to the so called viral income systems. The owner of the system gets income from everyone who joins but each person who joins only gains income from those they can get under them. It is pyramid sales in its truest form.

Now to be honest all affiliate sales systems and MLMs are types of a pyramid sales and the owner will always make much more than any members. But that in a way is how it should be, after all they came up with the program or service and are using the members as the sales force.

OK, now that said let us look at traffic. There are several ways to get traffic to your web site. The first is to optimize the site and keywords so that the search engines index the site. Site submissions can be done with Jayde.com for free and you should do this once per month. There are more free ebooks on “SEO”, Search Engine Optimization, than you can shake the mouse at but all it amount to is finding and placing keyword tags in your site that are heavily used by your would be customers to search for what they need.

The second method is by using traffic exchanges. There are so many traffic exchanges out here that you literally have an unlimited supply of choices. Why because they make their owners a lot of money of course. The only problem is how to use them to generate the kind of traffic you are looking for because for the most part the people on traffic exchanges are not looking to buy anything, they are trying to get traffic to their site or service. But these services do provide an important service because ranking depends not only on the site optimization but also on traffic that the site is receiving. Even though you may not ever make a single sale from a traffic exchange, regardless to the ads you see telling you that you can make $200.00 a day using the traffic exchange, they do provide a service that all site owners desperately need.

Now there is a way to get traffic from more than one exchange at a time, you can do it with both the Internet Explorer and much more easily with the Mozilla-Firefox explorer. What you do is open several exchanges at a time and switch from one exchange to the other. This when you get experienced with the tactic will have you no longer waiting on timers before you can collect your credit. I have found that opening six at the same time just about eliminates the wait altogether. With the Firefox you just “control tab” to the next exchange and click the correct icon. You want traffic well there will sure be traffic from six different places at the same time. Just be sure to choose traffic exchanges that can deliver the traffic you are generating, because it does no good to earn the traffic credits if they do nothing but sit there. Now that is viral traffic that you control. Well you will still be earning the exchanges their income but I have no problem with anyone making an income, especially if they are giving something real in return.

Now a “BIG NOTE OF WARNING”!!!! Viruses are out on the exchanges too so have a good up to date anti-virus program running on your computer. Also report all problem sites to the exchange so they can clean them up. They don’t want that junk on their system any more than you want to run into it.

How to keep your sanity during these times.

The cost of living is spiralling out of control, gas prices are making the oil companies richer than the government and everyone is talking about the environment and global warming as if it is something brand new. The worst part is that when we need to pull together and get this mess fixed the con artist show up with everything from running your car on water, ( hydrogen generation on demand ) to putting pills in the gas tank to increase your mileage. Oh and let's not forget the major oil companies suddenly have a new battery for hybrid cars that will save millions of gallons of gas.

Forgive me for being the one person in the world with a memory but wasn't it the oil companies that caused this problem in the first place? Kind of like calling a terrorist to protect your country from terrorists isn't it? Or more likely let's employ all the thieves and drug dealers as our police force.

That may be putting things a little strong but if anyone believes for one second that our energy policy is on the right track or for that fact that anyone is looking out for the working people anymore then I have some prime development property on Saturn that I would like to offer you.......

The con artist are telling you that the environmentalist don't like hydrogen as a fuel source because of the single oxygen molecule released through the separation of water. No they don't like hydrogen because the major hydrogen production does not use water people, it uses natural gas or oil. That makes it no solution at all. And so far as I know no one has been able to produce hydrogen from water without using more energy than is gained.

It's called unity gain and it is like operating a business or your personal finances in the red. The only thing that runs in the red as a norm is the government and that is just because they have everyone else to pay their bills so they could care less.

Don't get me wrong hydrogen from water is a fantastic fuel idea because when it reacts either in a fuel cell or an engine the major output is water and the cycle can continue. In an engine however CO2 is also produced and I hate to tell you this but that is a major greenhouse gas.....

Seems to me that the only way to produce hydrogen from water without using oil or natural gas would be to use the sun.... Oh yeah you can't control the price so let's not go there............ Let me jump ahead here a little.

Solar cells have been around a long time but the industry has not been even looked at as anything more than a novelty or a way for rich people to claim that they are going green. A long time ago it was proposed to build a factory to produce solar panels using solar power as the source of production. The initial costs would be high but since the major costs of a solar cell is in the energy it takes to run the electric furnace to melt the silica sand they figured that the cost would drop drastically over a very short period. To my knowledge this factory was never built. Solar cell technology has remained in the realm of NASA and hand held calculators.

It does not take a rocket scientist to see the reasons for this little oversight. No money in giving up the dependence that has been created for oil. It would be like a drug dealer sending his junkies to a rehab for treatment or the cigarette companies giving away anti smoking methods, it just will not happen...

Even I can see were this would lead, first thing would be that homes would convert to solar power as the price dropped, then businesses would begin to use it for their electric demands and finally some one would decide that the technology could be used realistically with transportation.

This is a very scary thought for all the oil company executives and the boards of directors of all the power plants all around the world. So needless to say that even though it would be the best thing that could ever happen for our environment, economy or children that has come along since man or woman first invented a tool, don't hold your breath waiting for it to be done. If the government didn't stop it the power companies or oil companies in control would.

This article will just end up like many others from people who are looking at the world and wondering why something that could be so good and peaceful has to be torn apart by control freaks. You know that we were given free will by God no matter what name you call him by. But there was a condition to that free will and that was that when we screw up he is going to come like a parent and stop the game.... End the world for anyone who didn't get the meaning. Now I do not know if destiny is written in stone or if it is fluid, but I do know that if I was God and I was watching my creation destroyed by a bunch of selfish greedy little bugs I would start stomping or getting the bug spray out and do some exterminating now!

Just on the chance that destiny is in our hands as to how things turn out, even if you are a devout atheist, it makes more sense to start protecting where we live and each others lives than it does to continue the destruction of our world and peoples lives. I say this because as it stands now, if we continue as we are going this world will no longer support life or we will have wiped life out in a war. So you see whether you believe in God or not it does not make any difference in the outcome, if we do not change our way of thinking. The world will be destroyed either by god or by us it still will be destroyed.
